Terms of Service

By using NUMPIPE ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NUMPIPE is a supply chain transparency and product trust scoring platform. We act as a neutral witness — we record and display supply chain events as reported by participants. We do not guarantee the authenticity of any product.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent supply chain data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Accounts found submitting false data will be suspended and may face legal action.

3. Product Codes

Codes issued through NUMPIPE remain the property of the issuing organization.
Child codes (individual product QR labels) may only be burned (claimed) once.
You must not attempt to forge, duplicate, or fraudulently use NUMPIPE codes.

4. Reputation Scores

NUM scores and PIPE scores are calculated algorithmically from recorded supply chain data. They represent the completeness and consistency of documented supply chain records, not a guarantee of product quality or safety.

5. Intellectual Property

NUMPIPE™ is a trademark. The platform software and design are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". NUMPIPE is not liable for purchasing decisions made based on trust scores, product defects, or supply chain data entered by third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
