Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your personal data associated with your NUMPIPE account, including any data linked via Facebook or Google login.
How to delete your data

Include the email address associated with your account (or your Facebook/Google account email).

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
What gets deleted:
- Your name and email address
- Your profile photo (if imported from social login)
- Your account login credentials
- Your organization account and membership
What is retained:
- Anonymised supply chain checkpoint records (required for product trust ledger integrity)
- Issued product codes (codes remain valid for consumer verification)
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any active product codes issued under your account will remain in the system but will no longer be linked to your organization.
